Can anyone get this to work? Seems like they have something wrong with their prompt.

Why does it always just reword the last email instead of suggesting responses? I have tried rewording my prompt every which way and it still 90% of the time, “tottally understands the previous email to respond to as it summarizes it perfectly, but then just suggests rewrites of the customers email? Honestly pretty frustrating, seems like a pretty easy fix on their end. Kind of embarassing.

Anyone else having any luck??
